Join in a most rewarding journey and gather with like minded individuals in an inspiring and stimulating atmosphere. Heart Foundation Walking Group

 Expressions of Interest Walking groups are a great way to meet people and get fit. We are keen to get a Heart Foundation walking group running at Sydenham Neighbourhood House. The walks will be at a pace that suits everyone.
